The General Scholarship Endowment Fund was established in 1985. Designated contributions are added to the fund’s principal and managed by investment trustees. The profits of this fund are used for financial aid to Trinity Lutheran Christian School students. Annually, a Financial Aid Committee awards the aid based on family need.

At Trinity Lutheran Christian School, there are additional endowment accounts established by individuals, families, or estates and these profits are also used for financial aid including support for pastoral students. If you are interested in establishing such an account in your family name, please tell us and we will be happy to advise you of the process.

Since the Endowment Fund was established in 1985, distributions for scholarships through the 2023/24 school year have exceeded $1,292,000. Trinity Lutheran Church and School are grateful to the generous people who have established the endowments and to all contributors who ensure this financial assistance to our students.

If you wish to contribute to the Endowment Fund please send your gift to Trinity Lutheran Church office or use the DONATE NOW page on this site.

Contributing to the Endowment Fund may be a tax deduction for you under present state and federal laws. Please consult with a financial or tax advisor for federal and state guidelines, as well as any other options that may benefit both TLCS and you, the donor. No goods or services can be exchanged for your gift.
