Mrs. Marsha Wolfe, TLCS Principal
Dear Parents/Families,
Mrs. Marsha Wolfe began serving Trinity Lutheran Christian School as principal in July, 2018. Marsha, her husband Scott and their family (two TLCS alumni granddaughters) are participants in many areas of our congregation’s ministry. We also know Marsha by her huge smile that just radiates the love of the Lord that she so generously shares with others.
Marsha comments on her career in education: “I am a graduate of Concordia Lutheran High School (1975) and Concordia College (1995). I earned a Master’s Degree in Curriculum Development with an emphasis in the arts in 2001 and I have been a teacher in Portland Public Schools for over 22 years. My training in this diverse school district has afforded me many unique opportunities to work with children from all backgrounds, not only social and economic diversity, but children and families who have immigrated from countries around the world. A skill I have learned over the years has been to effectively communicate care and compassion to my students and their families. I look forward to the work set before me as I begin this new school year with the teachers from Trinity Lutheran Christian School.”
As an educational ministry we understand that first and foremost we will model Christ’s love and compassion to our students and their families. What sets Trinity apart from public schools is the freedom to teach each child in the school that they are loved by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
In Christian Partnership,
Mrs. Marsha Wolfe, Principal
